Conditions of sale for cabins

1. Rules

The total amount of the stay is due at the time of booking.

2. Modification or cancellation

For any modification or cancellation, a written request, preferably by email, will be systematically requested.

a. Cancellation before your stay, by yourself

In the event of serious illness, serious accident or death of a registered occupant, the stay will be fully reimbursed on medical proof or death certificate.

For any stay canceled and not falling within the cancellation clauses mentioned above, the following conditions apply:

– more than 30 days from the date of arrival, cancellation takes place free of charge

– entre 30 and 15 days before the stay, 50% of the amount of the accommodation will be retained.

– for any stay canceled within 15 days preceding the date of arrival, interrupted or not consumed, the entire amount of the reserved stay will be payable or will remain with the establishment

b. Modification before your stay

More than 15 days before the stay, the modification can take place free of charge, depending on availability, for the current calendar year only.

Within 15 days of your stay, the date of stay cannot be changed.

c. Modification or cancellation of stay by the establishment BEFORE your arrival

In the event of an orange weather alert, with external events announced beyond our control, such as severe weather, storms, the management reserves the right to cancel your stay for security reasons. In this context, we will offer you the postponement of your stay in accommodation to a later date, within the current 12 months.

If you are not satisfied with any offer, all the sums paid will be refunded to you; no other compensation may be claimed.

If your reservation follows a gift voucher, the general conditions of sale concerning Gift Vouchers apply (5.): Gift Vouchers are not refundable. Your reservation can be postponed free of charge within 12 months.

d. Modification or cancellation of stay by La Ferme du Duzou on site

In the event of an Orange weather alert, with announced external events beyond our control, such as bad weather, storms or thunderstorms, the management reserves the right to cancel your night in accommodation, for security reasons. Rehousing in other types of accommodation will be offered to you according to our availability and without supplement, and in this case only, you will benefit from a reduction of 50% on a next equivalent stay in accommodation within the current 12 months. No other indemnity can be claimed. Only if we do not have a relocation solution available, all the sums paid will be refunded to you or a postponement of the date will be offered to you, within 12 current months.

e. Modification or cancellation of stay by yourself ON SITE

In the event of a refusal to access your accommodation, no compensation can be claimed.

3. Purchase and reservation with a gift voucher

a. Validity of gift vouchers:

Gift vouchers can be used for a period of 365 days from the date of purchase. They can be used every day the establishment is open.

A prior reservation must be made.

b. Cancellation before your stay:

In the event of serious illness, serious accident or death of an occupant or a member of the family not staying in the accommodation, the stay will be postponed free of charge within 12 months of the cancellation, on medical proof or certificate. death only. No refund can be requested.

4. Capacity

The number of people mentioned per accommodation in our prices corresponds to the maximum occupancy authorized taking into account the equipment available. It cannot be exceeded for safety and insurance reasons.

5. Rates

Our prices are inclusive of all taxes. Only the rates listed on our website are authentic. The tourist tax is included in the price.

6. Children

The age of the children is calculated in relation to their birthday and the date of the start of the stay. An official document justifying the age of the children may be requested at the beginning of the stay. Free is granted up to 3 years.

11. Consumption of alcohol and cigarettes

It is strictly forbidden to be intoxicated in the accommodation or in the accesses.

Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodations.

12. Dispute

In the event of a dispute, either the jurisdiction of your place of residence at the time of signing the contract, or the jurisdiction of the Court of Rodez is recognized.
